What happens after you submit

  1. 1We check current route availability. We review your address and where it fits with the routes we're currently servicing.
  2. 2We follow up. Ronda will reach out by phone or email to ask any questions we need to understand your pool. If you've opted in to SMS, we may also follow up by text.
  3. 3We prepare your estimate. For weekly service, we'll determine the appropriate recurring rate. For repairs and specialty work, we'll provide a quote based on the work needed.
  4. 4You decide. There's no obligation. If you go ahead, we'll schedule your first visit and arrange any gate or access details.

What helps us quote accurately

The more we know, the easier it is to understand what your pool needs. In the message box, it helps to mention:

  • Your pool: approximate size, and whether it's chlorine or saltwater.
  • Your equipment: pump, filter type, heater or heat pump, and automation system, if you know them.
  • Your water source: city water or a private well. This can be especially useful to know in Loxahatchee and The Acreage.
  • The pool's condition right now: clear, cloudy, green or stained.
  • Access: gated community, locked gate or dogs in the yard.

Photos of the pool and equipment pad are always helpful. You can email them to turtlepoolcare@turtlepoolcare.com after you submit.

Estimates by service

  • Weekly pool service: pricing depends on factors such as pool size, condition and equipment. Routine chemicals used as part of weekly service are included according to your service plan.
  • Green-to-Clean: we assess the pool's actual condition and quote the cleanup as a defined job rather than charging by a set number of visits.
  • Repairs and equipment: we diagnose the issue first, then quote the repair or replacement before any work starts.
  • New pool startups: tell us the finish—plaster, quartz or pebble—and your expected fill date.
