Pool Service Areas in Western Palm Beach County

Turtle Pool Care is based on Tangerine Boulevard in The Acreage, and our routes cover the communities around us. Keeping routes local means our technicians spend their time at your pool, not in traffic, and helps us stay responsive when something needs attention.

Every community has different pools

Loxahatchee & The Acreage: Some homes use private well water for pool filling or top-offs. Iron, tannins and hardness in well water can contribute to staining and chemistry problems, so we consider the source water before choosing a treatment. Big lots, gates, trees and animals are part of the job too.

Westlake and Avenir: These are newer, growing communities, so many pools and equipment systems are relatively new. Saltwater systems, variable-speed pumps and automation are common, and nearby construction can put additional dust and debris into pools and filters.

Wellington: We already service pools in Olympia, The Isles, Grand Isles, Aero Club, Emerald Forest and Polo Club. Strong sun, summer rain and mature landscaping all affect chlorine demand and weekly cleaning.

Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, The Club at Ibis and western West Palm Beach: These are established communities where pool age, equipment and maintenance history can vary considerably from one home to the next. Our West Palm Beach routes are concentrated on the western side of the city, including parts of 33411, 33412 and 33413. When we take over an existing pool, we test the water and inspect the visible equipment before settling it into regular weekly service.

Same service everywhere we go

Wherever you are on our route, weekly service includes cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing and equipment observation, plus a service report with before-and-after photos and a filter pressure gauge photo after every regular visit. You don't need to be home, as long as we have reliable access to the pool.

Gated communities

Many of the communities we serve are gated. When you sign up, we'll arrange gate access with you so your technician can get in on service day without you needing to be there.

Outside our listed areas?

Our routes grow around the neighborhoods we already serve. If you're nearby but don't see your community listed, request an estimate and we'll let you know whether we can currently add your pool.
