Learn moreWeekly service is where it starts
Most of our customers start with weekly pool service. Each visit covers routine cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing and a look at your pump, filter and other visible equipment. Afterward you get an emailed service report showing who serviced your pool, your chemical readings, what was added, before-and-after photos and a photo of the filter pressure gauge.
Weekly service is also how we catch problems early. A climbing filter pressure, a pump that's losing prime or a salt cell that's underperforming can give us early warning that something needs attention before the problem gets worse.
Repairs and upgrades, quoted separately
Repairs, equipment replacement and specialty work aren't part of the weekly price. When something needs attention, we tell you what we found, explain whether it makes more sense to repair or replace, and give you a quote before any work begins.
That includes:
- Pumps and motors: diagnosing hums, screeches, breaker trips and lost prime, plus variable-speed pump upgrades.
- Filters, valves and plumbing: high or low filter pressure, weak return flow and leaks at the equipment pad.
- Heating and cooling: heat pumps, gas heaters and heat/cool systems that can warm the pool in cooler weather and cool it during the hottest months.
- Automation: installing, upgrading and troubleshooting pool automation systems, including app and Wi-Fi problems.
- Saltwater systems: salt cell cleaning, repair and replacement, and diagnosing low-salt or no-flow warnings.
Problem pools and surface work
Green-to-Clean is for green, cloudy or neglected pools. We assess the pool, quote the cleanup as a defined job rather than charging by each visit, and work through the treatment, filtration and follow-up needed to restore clear, balanced water.
Acid washing and stain removal starts with identifying the stain. We use the least aggressive treatment that works, and we only recommend draining for an acid wash when the stain, pool surface and site conditions make draining appropriate.
New pools and resurfacing
A freshly plastered, quartz or pebble surface needs careful brushing and chemistry during its first weeks. We can manage the full startup or take over from your builder, then move the pool into regular weekly service.
