Use the form for general questions or anything that needs a little explanation.
Email turtlepoolcare@turtlepoolcare.com if you want to send photos or documents.

Already a customer?
Log in to the Customer Portal to see your service reports, chemical readings and visit photos. If you have a question about a specific visit, mention the date in your message and we'll pull up the report.
Looking for a new service?
If you're not yet a customer, the free estimate form is the fastest way to get started. It asks for a few details about your pool and the service you need so we can check current route availability and follow up with the right information.
Not a storefront
Our Tangerine Boulevard address is our business and service base, not a shop or walk-in location. We come to you. Weekly service, repairs and estimates all happen at your pool.
Common questions before you call
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have reliable access to the pool, you don't need to be there.
Are chemicals included?
Routine chemicals used as part of your weekly service are included according to your service plan.
Are repairs included?
No. We'll tell you what we find during service and quote any repairs separately before doing the work.
