Pool Repair in West Palm Beach
Pool repair is a major part of what we do for western West Palm Beach homeowners. Many service visits start with an equipment or circulation concern rather than the water itself — common symptoms include:
- the pump will not start
- the pump loses prime
- poor circulation
- filter pressure problems
- a heater that is not heating
- salt system problems
- automation or control problems
- plumbing or equipment-pad leaks
Whatever the symptom, we diagnose the actual equipment before recommending a fix. See our Weekly Pool Service page for how ongoing maintenance and repair work together.
How a Repair Visit Works
Inspect and diagnose
We inspect the equipment and diagnose the problem before recommending any work.
Document findings
Where appropriate, we document what we find so you have a clear record of the condition.
Explain the options
We explain whether repair, replacement or continued monitoring makes the most sense for the equipment.
No work without approval
We do not perform additional work without your approval. You decide what happens next.
Switching Pool Companies in West Palm Beach
Switching to a new pool company should be straightforward. Here is how it works when you start service with Turtle Pool Care:
- 1Request an estimate and enter your ZIP code and address.
- 2Turtle Pool Care confirms current route availability for your street.
- 3Share gate, access and pet information so the technician can reach the pool reliably.
- 4Weekly service begins, with a service report after every regular visit.
When you start service, you can tell us about any equipment concerns up front. We have taken over pools where the first issue to solve was not the water itself, but an equipment or circulation problem such as a waterfall that had stopped flowing.
The service reports we send after each visit give you a clear, ongoing record of how the pool is doing — useful when you have just switched companies and want to see the pool settle into a consistent routine.
Other service options
Weekly service is the core of what we do, but we also offer bi-weekly cleaning, one-time cleaning and vacation service for western West Palm Beach homeowners who need something other than a standard weekly schedule.
